Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1kg
A light roast with milk chocolate influences and a subtle citrus for a soft, easy going character, ideal for weekend relaxation.
A few tips: Before you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, as if the coffee comes in contact with hot water too rapidly, it may over extract and produce undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
Strength - 3, gentle and easy to go, great for weekend relaxing.
Storage
Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth touch and a soft mouthfeel. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that has not yet reached the boiling point. This will stop the coffee from being too extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
